Forestry and timber
A logging equipment repair shop answers WhatsApp requests from timber crews. The agent records machine model, location and problem, checks parts in stock, schedules field service and invoices the job in QuickBooks once completed.
Outdoor recreation
A cabin rental business near the state park answers Messenger questions about weekends and fishing trips. The AI checks availability, books cabins, collects deposits and sends directions and lake information.
Healthcare
A rural family clinic answers website chat questions about appointments, lab hours and new-patient paperwork. The agent books visits, sends reminders to patients who live far up the valley and routes clinical questions to nurses with the conversation summary.
